Soundproofing the New Porsche Cayenne 2025 at Dwiger Automotive
At Dwiger Automotive, we focus not only on exterior transformations but also on enhancing driving comfort. One of our latest projects was the complete soundproofing of a brand-new Porsche Cayenne 2025 for our client.
Why was it necessary? Today, even premium manufacturers are forced to cut costs on hidden components. To meet weight, cost, and eco standards, modern cars come with minimal sound insulation from the factory. The Porsche Cayenne is not an exception — road noise and vibrations are clearly transmitted into the cabin.
Our work process:
Interior disassembly
We carefully removed the seats, floor coverings, door panels, trunk lining, and part of the dashboard to access all critical zones.
Surface preparation
The metal surfaces were cleaned and treated to ensure maximum adhesion of soundproofing materials.
Installation of vibration dampening layers
High-quality vibration-dampening sheets were applied to eliminate resonance and structural vibrations.
Application of sound-absorbing layers
The second layer consisted of noise-absorbing materials to block tire, road, and wind noise.
Special focus on doors and wheel arches
These areas were reinforced since they are major sources of noise infiltration.
Reassembly and quality control
The entire interior was reassembled with careful attention to original factory fitting and finish.
What did the client gain?
● A significant reduction in cabin noise
● Heavier, more solid door closing sound
● Improved acoustic performance of the factory audio system
● Increased comfort during long trips
● Factory appearance fully preserved
At Dwiger Automotive, we create the comfort that most drivers only dream about.
